Title: Herbed Salmon Steaks
Categories: Lowfat Entree Salmon
Yield: 4 Servings

1 1/2lbSalmon steaks
1 Tbsp Flour
2 Tbsp Plus (see next line)
2 Tsp -lowfat margarine
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 Cup Dry white wine
1 Tsp Dried basil
1/2 Tsp Dried tarragon
1/2 Tsp Dried rosemary, crumbled
2 Tbsp Minced onion flakes
: Salt and pepper to taste

Rinse fish and pat dry. Rub flour into both sides of fish. Melt margarine in saute pan, cook fish for 5 minutes. turn and cook 5 minutes more. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Continue cooking for another 10 minutes, turning once and basting frequently with pan juices.

Per serving: 34g protein, 15g fat, 4g carb., 159mg sodium, 94mg chol., 292 calories.
